Call up this afternoon around 3 to see if they have a remote for my door. They said yes and waited for me to show up before heading out. They showed me how to program the remote, but unfortunately, when I got home, there was a problem with the pairing due to the age of the roller door. They popped in on their way home on a Friday afternoon at 5 to help out. They went above and beyond. I would highly recommend using them rather than trying to save 10 bucks and ordering it online, then having no one to help you.

These guys are fantastic. After attempting and failing to install a roller door which came crashing down on top of me they had someone out within half an hour who managed to fix what I broke and install the entire door properly in under an hour at a reasonable price. Absolutely recommend them 110%

What an amazing experience to deal with this company!!!! I live in Geeveston (about an hour out of Hobart) and I was skeptical about if I would even find someone to come and have a look at my damaged roller door….let alone fix it at a reasonable price. I knew there would be a travel fee involved (and there was) but she (Melanie) did everything in her power to mitigate this. She was an absolute delight to deal with, was professional, extremely knowledgeable and efficient (If only they could clone her!!). However my amazing experience didn’t finish there – An incredible technician (Etienne) arrived on time and with a great attitude in his tool belt !!! He knew his stuff through and through. He was efficient, effective, thoughtful, hard working, a clear communicator, helpful, and was filled with positivity and enthusiasm for his work. He not only fixed the job that I needed him too, but also rectified some past mistakes from other “tradesmen ???”. Etienne knew his stuff…..and he was delightful to talk too. His was also fabulous with my dogs, and careful with my security and all the things on our property. He is welcome back anytime !!! The bill was reasonable – but be warned you do need to pay it on the day. All in all – brilliant service, and I will be sure to use them again and would recommend to anyone due to their incredible staff !!!
